Clinical Services
Who I treat
I work with people across the lifespan who are navigating challenges related to movement, function, and recovery.
This includes people with neurological conditions, pain, people with orthopedic injuries, and active adults seeking performance improvements or injury prevention.
I've worked with clinical populations since 1998. I possess world-class expertise in exercise, neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation, and provide evidence-based, hands-on care that helps individuals restore function, reduce pain, and regain confidence in their bodies. My approach is rooted in science and personalized to your goals.
What to expect
A thorough evaluation, thoughtful goal setting, and treatments that are evidence-based and hands-on.
Whether I'm addressing pain, rebuilding strength, or refining movement patterns, you’ll receive care that’s focused, personalized, and grounded in what matters to you.
Treatments that I provide
Kinesiology Taping for Performance and Recovery
Kinesiology taping offers muscle support and guides movement, posture and muscle activation. The small adjustments that it provides can make a big difference.
Applying my professional certification and over a decade of kinesiology taping treatment and teaching, I tailor each taping to fit your goals and get you back to what matters.

Dry Needling for Pain and Movement
Dry needling targets tight muscles and trigger points to relieve pain and improve movement. By promoting blood flow and releasing tension, it also helps your body heal naturally.
Applying my professional dry needling certification and expertise ensures each treatment is tailored to your needs for better function and lasting comfort.
Movement Rehabilitation, Training, and Adaptations
Movement is more than motion — it’s how we engage with others and live our lives.
Through tailored rehabilitation and training, I help you rebuild strength, improve coordination, and regain confidence in daily tasks. I can also provide practical adaptations that fit your goals.
Whether you're recovering from injury or adapting to change, I focus on helping you move well and live fully.
Non-Invasive Brain
Stimulation (tDCS)
Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) is a safe, non-invasive therapy that uses low-level electrical currents to gently stimulate targeted areas of the brain.
It’s used to support recovery from stroke, reduce depression symptoms, ease chronic pain, and improve cognitive function. During treatment, small electrodes are placed on the scalp while the patient rests or participates in therapy.

Workplace and Home Adaptations
Whether at home or work, I assess your space and recommend personalized adaptations that make daily tasks easier and more comfortable.
From ergonomic adjustments to assistive devices, I create solutions that help you thrive in your environment. My goal is to ensure you can move, work, and live without unnecessary barriers.
Wellness and Health
Services
My wellness services focus on enhancing overall physical and mental well-being through evidence-informed, exercise and diet prescription.
Drawing on my training in exercise physiology and rehabilitation, services include personalized exercise programming, nutrition guidance, mobility training, posture and ergonomic consulting, acupressure, and recovery strategies like breathing techniques and guided stretching.
I aim to support your health whether you're recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply striving to feel and function your best.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much do sessions cost? How long do they last?
The evaluation appointment is approximately 60 minutes and is $100. After the initial assessment, 30-60 minute treatment sessions are $50-$100 per session. Rates are subject to change and depend on the treatments being provided. The anticipated number of treatments and treatment durations are determined after the first assessment and are based on need, but will always involve patient and care partner input.
Unlike hospital systems or clinics, I provide a cost estimate that includes the number of treatment sessions after evaluation and before starting your plan of care.
Currently, I accept cash and Venmo, which are expected at the conclusion of each treatment session.
Where do you provide treatments?
Treatments are typically provided in your home or virtually. Virtual appointments are provided through a HIPAA-compliant video portal.
Why don't you accept insurance?
My goal is to provide excellent patient care toward your treatment goals. Many effective treatments are not approved by insurance companies. Furthermore, insurance companies almost always have the final say on how much is charged for services and the amount of time that can be spent with a client.
As a cash based practice, neither the treatments that I provide nor the amount of time that I spend with you are dictated by insurance but by patient need.
Do you work with other healthcare providers?
YES! Depending on a client's needs I may also recommend physical therapy, speech therapy, nursing, or other services be added.
In these situations, I work with a program called "Outpatient At Home. " I would continue treating you, but this program also allows my team members to provide therapy services to you at your home. Medicare typically covers 80% of payments for this program. If you have secondary insurance, many times they will cover the remaining 20%. Outpatient At Home accepts Medicare and most private insurances. For clients using private insurance, co-pays may apply.
