Key topics include: - Neurological Basis: Overview of stroke and spinal cord injury mechanisms, and the role of rhythm and vibration in stimulating motor function and sensory feedback. - Practical Techniques: Training in applying rhythmic cues (e.g., metronomes, music therapy) and vibration tools to facilitate gait, balance, and fine motor skills. - Clinical Applications: Evidence-based strategies for integrating rhythm and vibration therapies into rehabilitation and exercise programs. - Assessment and Adaptation: Methods for tailoring interventions to individual needs and tracking progress over time.
